Simon reads every enquiry personally and replies by phone or email, usually within one business day. The first conversation is free and there is no obligation. It is a chance to explain your situation in plain terms and hear whether an assessment review, an agreement, an objection or enforcement action is the right next step.

Helpful to have ready

• Your most recent child support assessment notice or letter from Services Australia
• The care arrangement for each child, roughly in nights per year
• Both parents' most recent income details, if you have them
• Any decision you want to challenge, and the date you received it (objection time limits are short, usually 28 days)

Consultations are by phone or video for parents anywhere in Australia, with in-person meetings in Melbourne by appointment.
